Responsibilities: My experience with Weyerhaeuser, and Thermonics, who both made similar ice packs, taught me everything necessary to construct a similar company from scratch. Millions of Dynetherm and Weyerhaeuser dollars went into product development, marketing and my training. When Weyerhaeuser shut down our division I build my own production line and serviced the customers they left hanging. I designed the ice pack production machine shown below, from scratch, I built it (only a few rollers had to be machined), opened the company, hired and trained office and production employees, designed and set up our website, produced all company literature, contacted old customers and new prospects and we did very well. I sold the company in 2008. Reason for leaving: In 2008 I sold the company to one of my distributors and spent some time with my son to make up for the years of my workaholic practices that built the company...then I started Portable Rides.

Photos of two machines I built by myself, I cut every piece of steel, laid every weld, strung every wire, installed every control and drilled every hole. As you can see, I AM detail oriented and I will finish what I start.
