Responsibilities:
I was hired for the
Assistant Manager's position so the GM could take off a couple of days per week.
Because of my past bar jobs and experiences I shortly became the
person chosen to fill in for every employee (except waitresses) who didn't
come to work. There were nights I was manager/barback/bouncer AND cook
at no additional compensation. There were many days I worked 18+ hours
meaning I ended up with less than minimum wage while being responsible for
tens of thousands of dollars, the whole staff and the entire establishment.
