  Assistant instructor selection and  training

  Training program content and pricing

  Account collections

Advertising

Class scheduling

  Teaching all classes

In one year I built the membership from 11 to 122. I trained for years at night before taking over this failing branch school and turning it around.  After seeing my drive and success I was asked to start a new branch school in Grand Bay. I taught at night while keeping my day job at Martin Electronics for over a year.

Reason for leaving: The workload greatly out weighed the compensation and the promise of any future compensation.  Shortly after I left, the school closed due to student loss.
