 The inside of the hidden compartment is 25.5" x 48" x 5" which is PLENTY of room to stash several rifles and other stuff too or just other stuff if you aren't into guns.

If you did not know already that this table opened up you would never guess that it would open by just seeing it in the living room. Your friends can sit on the couch and place their drinks on it for years and never know there were weapons hidden inside. Even if they suspected they would never find the hidden latch that keeps it locked either.
